• Must follow MAP pricing as listed on all product descriptions. 
• We do not allow buy in groups to sell our products.

• Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
• Most RTS products are fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days. 
• Shipping costs are determined by weight.
• An order may only be shipped to one location.

R E T U R N S  &  D A M A G E D  I T E M S

• We do not accept returns of wholesale orders, but we do provide exchanges for damaged/defective items. Refund will be rendered if replacement is not available.
• Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

H O W   T O  P L A C E  A N  O R D E R

1. Prior to approval as a wholesale customer you must first register for an account.
2. So that we might register your account as a wholesale customer you must then submit a Wholesale Application.
3. Upon approval as a wholesale customer you will be able to preview wholesale pricing, and place orders directly from our website.  
   
   
4. We do offer Sezzle as a form of payment. Minimum order amount is $100 to use Sezzle otherwise you will be responsible for the 6% fee.
