If you place ONE order with multiple Pre-Orders that have different ETA's, your order WILL BE HELD until the last shipping date on your order (unless you email cs and are willing to pay multiple shipping charges.)

Otherwise- please place seperate orders so they ship as they come in.

S H I P P I N G   P O L I C I E S 

  • We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged orders if you did not chose "Order Protection Insurance" on your order.  No exceptions This option is offered on every order. 
  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
  • Turn around times vary by item. Ready to ship items are typically sent out within 1-3 business days, meanwhile graphic Tees can take 7 business days to fulfill, and pre-orders vary but all ETA's will be listed in the description of Pre-Order items on the website. 
  • Shipping costs are determined by weight and charged upfront. Sometimes Shopify over estimates shipping charges (especially on smaller orders). For this reason, we do refund overages. 
  • An order may only be shipped to one location.
  • If you place multiple orders of the same item, PLEASE leave a "note" on your order with the order # you would like us to combine that order with.  We will try our best to combine them (and refund shipping overages) however, we do not guarantee it will be done. 


R E T U R N S  &  D A M A G E D  I T E M S
  • We do accept returns of damaged items.  We will first provide exchanges for damaged/defective items and a refund will be rendered if replacement is not available.
  • Returns of damaged merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
  • Claims for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise. All items returned for credit must be in the original package with all parts included
  • Claims for any missing item must be made within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise. We won't be able to open a case for calls or messages received after 5 days upon receipt of merchandise.
  • We do NOT accept returns for "change of mind" or after you have shipped to a customer. It's your responsibility to handle your customer return/exchanges.
  • If cancellations of an order or PREORDER are necessary, it must be emailed to: support@blakeleydesigns within 5 business days after placing an order. If not, 20% will be charged for cancellation request.
