We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged orders if you did not chose "Order Protection Insurance" on your order. No exceptions. This option is offered on every order.
Claims for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise through "Order Protection". All items returned for credit must be in the original package with all parts included.
Claims for any missing item must be made within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise. We won't be able to open a case for calls or messages received after 3 days upon receipt of merchandise.
If cancellations of an order or PREORDER are necessary, it must be emailed to: support@blakeleydesigns within 5 business days after placing an order. If not, 20% will be charged for cancellation request.
