Claims for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise. All items returned for credit must be in the original package with all parts included.
Claims for any missing item must be made within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise. We won't be able to open a case for calls or messages received after 3 days upon receipt of merchandise.
If cancellations of an order or PREORDER are necessary, it must be emailed to: support@blakeleydesigns within 5 business days after placing an order. If not, 20% will be charged for cancellation request.
